Job Title: Trainee Software Engineer

Job Summary 

We are looking for a motivated .NET Full Stack Developer (Fresher) who is eager to learn and contribute to building web-based applications. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of .NET technologies, front-end development, databases, and a strong willingness to grow in a collaborative Agile environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using .NET technologies 

Work on both front-end and back-end components of applications 

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code under guidance of senior developers 

Participate in requirement discussions, code reviews, and team meetings 

Fix bugs and support application enhancements 

Learn and follow SDLC, coding standards, and best practices 

Support database operations and query writing 

Collaborate with QA and other team members 

Technical Skills (Required / Basic Knowledge) 

Backend: 

C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core 

MVC / Web API (basic understanding) 

Frontend: 

HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript 

Basic knowledge of Bootstrap / jQuery / any JS framework (Angular/React is a plus) 

Database: 

SQL, Oracle (basic CRUD operations, joins) 

Tools & Concepts: 

Visual Studio / VS Code 

Git (basic version control knowledge) 

Understanding of OOP concepts 

Basic understanding of REST APIs 

Good to Have (Optional) 

Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodology 

Internship or academic project in .NET / Web Development 

Education Qualification 

B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent 

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply 

Soft Skills 

Strong learning attitude and problem-solving mindset 

Good communication and teamwork skills 

Ability to take feedback positively
